Hi, I’m Kevin. A passionate food enthusiast from Coimbatore, India, and the person behind Roaming Plate.

My love for food started in childhood. Growing up, I was always fascinated by flavors, cooking techniques, and the incredible stories behind every dish from around the world. Food, to me, has never just been sustenance, it’s culture, memory, and connection.

For years I dreamed of owning a food truck in the USA, imagining a rolling kitchen serving bold, authentic flavors from around the world to hungry strangers on busy city streets. Life took a different path, but that dream never left me. Today that dream lives closer to home, a future food truck right here in Coimbatore, serving the kind of food that makes people stop, close their eyes, and just savor the moment.

MasterChef has been a huge inspiration in my culinary journey, watching passionate cooks transform simple ingredients into breathtaking dishes taught me that great food is about heart as much as skill.
